Position Details:

• Shift Schedule: in house -Mon-Wed 8:30a-4:30p, off Thur, Fri 8:30a-4:30p, no clinic Sat and Sun
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: Pager - Mon - Fri 5p-7a, Sat 7a-7a, Sun 7a-7a
• Surgery: PRN Mon-Fri
• Patients per Day/Volume: Phone consults 0-2, Patients seen 10, Admissions 4
• Certifications/Qualifications: DEA, BE/BC. Active MO license
