DESCRIPTION:

· Outpatient-5 Ultrasound rooms

· Call: 1 in every 6-8 weeks for 7 days

· APP does rounding but physician will need to round on new consults

· Average 24 patients per day

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· IN state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
