Augusta Health is looking for a Mammographer to build out their pool to cover vacation coverage and additional census.
- ASAP - ongoing
- Full time, M-F, 8a-5p (able to be flexible if provider can't cover full time)
- No call, no weekends
- Hospital-based
- Mammo Specialists = All necessary procedures including standard reads, needlelocs, stereotactice breast biopsies, percutaneous breast biopsies, excisional biopsies, FNAB – Fine-Needle aspiration biopsy etc
- Radiology-Mammo studies: 80-100 per day
- Level 1 Trauma
- Annual ER volume: 60k
- EMR: Meditech
- Number of Exam Rooms: 30 ER rooms with five (5) dedicated to Fast Track
- Number of Radiologists in Practice: Seven (7) plus techs, etc
- Do You Use Teleradiology? If Yes, Please Explain: Yes – If RD has interest to provide, Augusta Health will make arrangements to cover Tele from 5 pm – 10
- Patient Age Demographic: (Adolescent, Child, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric) – Mostly adult and geriatric
- Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency/Temp privs offered under certain circumstances , but background/files must be 100% clean /// Standard privs process is 60-90 days /// Urine drug screen required onsite upon arrival/during Orientation
- Will pay for full travel
