Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking Internal Medicine physicians to join our Primary Care teams in Framingham, Quincy, and Wellesley, MA. We are a physician led, patient-centered organization and looking to grow our practices with team players dedicated to providing meaningful patient care. How you’ll transform patient care:

  • You’ll develop longitudinal relationships with your patients
  • You’ll meet your patient’s needs with same day or routinely scheduled appointments
  • You’ll be a valuable member of the care team alongside a physician colleague, Nurse Practitioners, LPNs, and medical assistant
  • You’ll practice team-based care with your colleague medical Specialists
  • You’ll be proactive in your care approach with preventative medicine and population health
  • You’ll grow as a physician as you learn from new colleagues
  • You’ll provide service and people-focused support to meet the needs of scheduled and/or walk in patients
  • You’ll join and contribute to a work environment that is flexible and in-tune with the desires of a modern workforce that values work/life balance

Who you are:

  • Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is preferred
  • A passion for primary care
  • A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champions world class patient satisfaction and support
  • Ability to speak a foreign language (Russian, Spanish, Chinese) is a plus
