Outpatient facility for primary care coverage.

Facility/Work Location: VA CBOC in Albert, Lea, MN

Specialty/Specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician

Period of Performance: 1/1/22 thru 12/31/22 with 2 option periods thru 12/31/24

Shifts/Work Hours: M-F 8am- 430 pm

Patient Age : 18 +
