- Outpatient Clinic next to the Adult Activity Center

- Seniors live at home and access the Day Center to support their social, emotional and
primary care needs

- The clinic is fully staffed as one would expect in a traditional medical setting

- EMR (ECW)

- Monday – Friday 8-5 – no call or weekends

- 3 - 6 -month Locum contract with an option to extend - October start date

- Excellent Hourly Rate, plus Medical Malpractice insurance provided

Requirements –
Active unrestricted CA license and DEA
BC/BE FP or IM Adult Geriatric
