At San Diego Internal Medicine and Associates, it is our MISSION to deliver the highest quality care to patients.

In practice for 30+ YEARS, we have worked diligently to create a patient-centered medical home that will provide highly coordinated professional services.

Our CAREGIVER TEAMS consist of Doctors’ of Medicine in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, Physician Assistants, Family Nurse Practitioners, and support staff who work in an orchestrated fashion to deliver excellent care that consistently exceeds your expectations.​

We currently offer care in TWO LOCATIONS, Kearny Mesa and Point Loma – Liberty Station. Our physicians are affiliated with Sharp Community Medical Group, however, we see patients with most insurances, including Medicare.

Job Roles

  • Completes all required documentation accurately, timely and thoroughly in accordance with department standards and to comply with electronic medical record requirements, including medication reconciliation, finalizing notes, clearing out personal tasks, and participating in clinic tasks.
  • Follows SDIMA policies and procedures, including (but not limited to), cooperating with the timely submission of credentialing and licensing paperwork; maintaining BLS certification; maintaining CME units based on the requirements of the specifying Board; attending all mandatory meetings.
  • Maintain SDIMA behavioral standards, including (but not limited to), effective listening and communication skills and respectful interactions with colleagues and patients.
  • Participate in Clinical Outcomes Program and work towards meeting organizational targets for all metrics.
  • Participates in administrative duties, including lab reports, charts, and medication refills reviewed and managed appropriately.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
