SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time and Part-Time Available
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call
- Exact Schedule Negotiable
FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $200,000+ Annual Income

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a standard outpatient practice setting and the duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- adult primary care
- geriatric primary care
- chronic disease management
- treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
- specialist referrals
Daily volume varies based upon physician preference and patient needs. Most providers see between 20 and 25 patients per day with the support of a dedicated clinical assistant.
The practice uses a customized EHR, developed through eClinicalWorks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- board certification or eligibility preferred, not required
- no experience required
