We are looking for a provider to join our team in Charlotte, NC. We have a unique model which is a combination of Concierge Medicine, Direct Primary Care and Home Visits.. We essentially include all the best parts of each, and eliminate all the parts that give providers headaches.

We provide you with your own personal MA, that also functions as your driver to take you from appointment to appointment, which there will only be 8-10 a day. Each provider will cover only one part of town and we currently have openings in these cities:

Charlotte, with openings in Mecklenburg & Gastonia county

** We cannot sponsor Visa's of any kind

** You must be Board Certified to be considered

** You must have an active/unrestricted Louisiana license

Position Overview:

This position is going to be 85-90% in person visits, 10- 15% Telemedicine. Some telemedicine visits will be pre-scheduled visits, some will be replacements if visits get canceled.

4 Day Work Week

• Flexibility with choosing schedule

8 – 10 Patients Per Day

• 90% of Patient Panel is Insured Healthy Adults
• 30 Minutes - 1 Hour Per Patient
• Total Patient Panel of 200 - 300
