Employee Health & Wellness Clinic
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
- Outpatient, employed, strong salary & benefits including bonuses
- Patient population: Employees (90%) and their beneficiaries (10%)
- Patient Visits – sick, chronic and telehealth, no occ med or worker’s comp
- Hours: M-F, 8-5, no weekends, no nights
- Average daily patient census: 15
- Care management team: Nurse, MA, LICSW, front desk staff
- Newly remodeled, 3K sq. ft. office, 5 exam rooms, 1 dedicated for telehealth
- Onsite amenities: Point of care testing, Quest Lab, gym (free to employees)
