VISTA Physician Search and Consulting is representing an extensive and comprehensive private, physician-owned primary care center 1.5 hours from Nashville, Tennessee. We are currently seeking a BE/BC Internist interested in practicing in both a rural and outpatient-based practice setting. Highlights of this position include:
Practice Benefits:
* Join a multi-provider primary and urgent care center with extensive ancillary services including on-site prescription center (dispensary), moderate complexity laboratory, and diagnostics center with pending PCMH recognition
* Outpatient only responsibilities with nursing home rounds monthly
* EMR system in place
* Join 2 additional physicians and 5 advanced practitioners
* See around 20 patients per day
* Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
* Opportunity to work a 4-day work week if work additional hours during week
* Additional compensation available if interested in weekend coverage
* Rotating call of 1:4 or 2 Sundays a month
* Competitive compensation commensurate upon skill set and experience
