Primary Care Physician needed in Chicago to join an established team for part-time. Job ID# 57821
Details:
- BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine
- 100% outpatient
- Ages 18+
- Office hours: Mon 7am- 6pm, Tues 7am- 5pm, Wed 8am- 6pm, Thurs 8am- 5pm, Fri 8am- 4pm, and Sat 8am-12pm
- 3-4 days/week, Saturday's are rotated
- Join 2 MD's and 2 NP's
- Call 1:4, 1-week rotated
- 15-20 patients/day
- Primary Care with a mix of bariatric medicine, 15% medicare
- Compensation with health, dental, malpractice, vacation, sick, and 401k
