• FP/IM Physician, but prefer someone who is FP trained
• BC or BE , No new grads, prefer someone with a few years of experience possibly in CHC or FQHC environment, working with uninsured patients, and comfortable with a diverse patient population
• Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is a plus
• Start date: ASAP, realistically speaking April 12, 2021 so that privileging and credentialing can be completed
• Open to a various schedule, not just M-F
• 15 patients/day, dealing with chronic illness in adults. There is a very small pediatric population.
• Support staff: 1:1 ratio of MA to provider, there are other clinicians there as well (NP,PA)
• EMR – Athena
• No procedures required

• There is an opportunity to do some telemedicine from the clinic as well
