We are seeking a caring, innovative, talented Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to help lead the way to better health to serve our a clinic in Jacksonville, FL.
Join a leading outpatient primary care medical home platform focused on serving the senior community and is the cornerstone for one of Central Florida's fastest growing health care organizations.
The physicians care for Patients Monday through Friday, 8-5 in the office, seeing on average 10-15 patients per day. Shared after-hours call average is 1:25.
Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Florida License
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
