Hello,
We're in need of a New York state licensed physician that is familiar with obtaining a NY State CLIA Waiver for our company and to be the physician on record as the medical director for our company.
-Must be licensed and living in the state of New York
-Clean Background
-Willing to file and complete CLIA Waiver paperwork
-Stay with company in consulting capacity on a monthly basis
-Previous experience with obtaining the CLIA Waiver
-No patient interaction
-Can work from home or your own office
-Excellent moonlighting opportunity
