Job Description

Last Update: 10/22/22
The Army Medical Corps is seeking highly qualified Internal Medicine Physician to fill a full time position. Locations vary and preferences will be given.

As an Internal Medicine Physician on the U.S. Army Medical health care team, you’ll diagnose and treat localized ailments and diseases, conduct and supervise direct patient care, execute disease prevention and health programs, command medical units, perform staff functions in health support, conduct medical research on diseases of military importance and participate in medical education and training.

The Army Medical Corps provides you the opportunity to continue to work in your specialty and serve where needed. You’ll train to become a leader in your specialized field while enjoying the privileges that come with being an officer. And, with the support of our collaborative health care professionals, you can build your career without concerns about overhead costs and malpractice insurance premiums or limited care due to inability for the patient to pay.

Benefits include: $250,000 commission bonus, annual bonus of $28,500 on average above your normal Captain pay and benefits, specialized training assistance and a monthly stipend of more than $2,400 if enrolled in an accredited residency program, free health care for you and your family, retirement programs and 401K matches, among other benefits. Inquire for more information.
