Job description/duties

Primary care responsible for a patient panel, engages with all staff in an interdisciplinary manner as we have patient navigators, behavioral health, dental staff al of whom engage with patient care.

Days/shifts/hours M-F whereby 1.0FTE is 40 hours where 75% of that time is booked patient care.

No Weekends

Call -Minimal phone only, hospitals use hospitalists

Patients a day -Average of 2 patient visits per bookable hour

NH has neither a sales nor an state income tax so money made here spends further than our surrounding states.

Sign on / relocation assistance available and retention bonus is negotiable, relocation is reimbursed expense within mutually agreeable reasonableness.
