Overview
Schedule: Typically M-F, 8-5. Want them to work 5 days/week.
Location:
- Beaumont, TX 77706
Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered)
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction; TX
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum of 2yrs of Primary Care experience in the past 3 years
- Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of Best Practice in coordinated care environment in a value based relationship
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators

- Relocation available, but must already be licensed in TX
Compensation package
- Salary range: $215-$220 starting
- Bonus: Up to 20% of base paid quarterly
Sign-on bonus: Payable w/I first 30-45 days of employment
Sign on can range anywhere from $10-30k depending on the market, experience of the provider and if they're bilingual or not.
