Innovare Health Advocates is searching for an Internal Medicine physician with 3-5 years clinical experience to join its expanding private practice in multiple locations in suburban St. Louis.

Innovare is a financially strong, stable, and consistent industry leader in patient service and distinguished for its unique optimization and delivery of care under Medicare Advantage programs.

It has a strong reputation for top performance and innovation while providing its patients health care the way it ought to be… personal, prudent, competent, and innovative.

It serves well over 2000 patients in 5 office locations with a committed staff of 49, including physicians and a highly credentialed, experienced workforce of NPs, BSNs, an MSW, a technology team, and management-level professionals. Drs. Willey and Charnond have been practicing medicine for a combined 65 years in the St. Louis area, and have trained numerous health care professionals now practicing at the top of their profession.

A rare opportunity for an IM physician:

  • Autonomy and stability in an independent rewarding practice free from hospital bureaucracy and uncertainty.

  • A home for a master clinical diagnostician and manager of chronic illness, capable of teaching and leading a highly experienced clinical team in a collegial environment.

  • Low daily patient volumes (no more than 10-12 patients in office daily with minimum 30 minutes appointments, and low-to-no inpatient census) ensures thorough competent patient care and personal follow up to lead patients to health.

  • A comfortable call schedule, following patients from home to office to inpatient facility, which recognizes the importance of quality of life and family.

  • Opportunity to hone strategic, operational, and clinical leadership to lead the practice into its next chapter of growth and service.

  • Flexible work schedule while enjoying highly competitive compensation and generous benefits package, including student loan forgiveness, with the prospect of extraordinary income potential as well as a partnership track.

  • Be part of a comfortable thriving midwestern community in a lively city with the arts, picturesque parks and recreational areas, strong local school choices, low cost of living, …and a comfortable pace of life.

If you are interested in joining and leading a top health care team that outperforms the large health care systems while maintaining quality service, high satisfaction, and generous income, please contact our COO Jay Rinehart at [Register to View] or [Register to View]
