Innovative Outpatient Practice
BC/BE Geriatrician, BC internist or Family Medicine physician for unique outpatient adult practice.
Imagine ample time with patients to address the whole person. Work with a team of professionals focused on improving the health and well-being of patients 65 and older.
This position offers:
• Smaller panel size and longer appointment times. 12-14 patients each day
• A patient-centered, team approach to care
• See patients in the clinic and as appropriate, by phone, home visits, email or video chat.
• Call is light and by phone only once per month, one weekend per quarter. Nurse triage from 5:00 PM until 7:00 AM nightly
• Full time/part time considered.
• 0.5 FTE and greater eligible for benefits
• Salaried position consistent with model of care, not productivity based. Very competitive compensation and benefit package.
