Adult Medicine physician needed in Phoenix, AZ.
Well respected Community Health Center in the Phoenix metro area is seeking a daytime Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for our Baseline clinic.
Will see between 18-22 patients per day.
Great base pay with annual increase in salary
6 weeks total time off to start – Grows with tenure
Up to $90,000 in Loan Repayment
