Tenet Healthcare, in collaboration with Desert Care Network seek to identify two IM Outpatient physicians for an employment-model physician group practice. IM residents rotate block time to assist in the clinic. The Program Director and two attending physicians provide most of the supervision, allowing for some flexibility with resident involvement. The IM residency program established in 2016, has grown to 34 residents and is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association.
