• MOB located in Medical Arts Building with lab, radiology, PT and other medical specialties
• Expansion plans include a move in the same building by Jan 2020 for more space able to accommodate a third physician.
• Office hours Mon-Fri 8-5 with no hospital ER Call or Weekend clinic
• Patient mix: 48% Medicare, average patient age is 40
