Job Description

Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their practice in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Join a group that focuses on the community through quality medical services in a refined facility. The primary focus of the Primary Care Physician is to promote patient-centered care through a team approach with an emphasis on quality and safety.

Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Average 15 to 20 patients per day
• Perform physical examinations of new and existing patients and determine if further testing and treatment is required
• Interpret examination findings and test results to implement treatment plans
• Prepare and review case histories and obtain data through interviews
• Determine the need for consultation and assist in the medical care treatment provided at the direction of other specialists
• No call or hospital required

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid Missouri medical license
• Active DEA certification
