- MD or DO
- Active New Jersey State Medical License
- CDS, DEA, CPR/BLS, ACLS Certifications.
- Schedule/Hours: Hours are not yet established
- Procedures: Sutures, Suture Removals, I&D lacerations, IV therapy,
- Patients seen Per day(shared between providers): in clinic: 30-60; In hospital: changes on a daily basis
- Payor Mix: Medicare, Commercial, Medicaid (a small portion)

Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive medical care, including and not limited to assessing, examining, diagnosing patients. Creating the proper treatment plan based on patients’ diagnosis. Ordering or executes various test, analyses & diagnostic testing to provide further information on patients’ condition.
- Review patients’ medical history, allergies, medications, and immunizations.
- Analyzes reports, finding of test, diagnostic imaging to administer or prescribe treatment, or refer to specialist for further work-up, consults, and treatment.
- Determine medication, dosage, and schedule secondary to patients’ condition and allergies.
- Documents all patient information in EHR chart, including HPI, ROS, Examination, plan of care.
- Provide medical care in hospital and other acute settings such as LTACH, and Nursing homes.
- On call one weekend of the month ( from Friday 5pm- Monday 9am;Rounding in close by hospitals). Including one on-call after hours Monday – Thursday from 5pm until 9am the next morning.
- Will provide medical services and treatment in both locations. (Rahway & Elizabeth only 6.5 miles apart).
