Details:

• Permanent, full-time position
• Provide exceptional preventive and proactive adult primary care
• Assist patients with preventive care goals and achieving higher levels of wellness
• Supervise the care provided by exemplary Nurse Practitioners
• Design and provide insight into the vision of the Primary Care offering, working directly with senior leadership to achieve new programs
• Implement and manage advanced preventive care options for patients
• Administer basic diet, nutrition, and weight loss advice in cooperation with health coaches or nutritionists

Qualifications

• Valid California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
