New Director position (20% administrative, 80% clinical) available that covers two skilled nursing/assisted living facilities 40 minutes from Charlotte, NC. This is a small physician-owned and operated group that proudly offers a truly team based culture. Each of the physicians in this practice matters and management promotes the intent of the founder, which was to create a patient centered and physician friendly group.

Basic job description:

* Days only 8am to 5pm schedule
* 18+ patients per day
* $5k sign on bonus paid on first check
* $3k per year for CME
* Paid holidays plus 21 vacation days
* Full benefits package
* Full group support

Physician will be in charge of the following:
New Admission Visits
Re-Admission Visits
Regulatory Visits
Unplanned Sick Visits
Family Meetings if specifically requested
Attend the monthly QAPI "Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement" meeting at both facilities
