Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) is seeking Locums coverage for a Board Certified Urgent care provider in Crownpoint, NM.

Coverage need starts November 8th 2016 and is on going through September 30th 2017, however it is typical to expect extensions. Providers must include any past/present or on going malpractice cases and investigations.

Shifts are 10 hours (Day or night) including weekends and government holidays. Pay is $95.00 per hour A typical presentation will include the following; however initial conversation with submission of CV and availability to MDA is a great starting point: CV, 2 peer references, details on EMR experience, NM license copy, availability, malpractice history, and any details of NPDB or license action.
