- Requirements: BLS, Any State License, BC/BE( Within 4 yrs of completion of residency), NPDB, NPI, DEA, OIG, Current COI
- Description: One BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician services for Hibbing MN.
- Hours: Mon- Fri (8 am-430 pm) Urgent Care physician will work (8 am- 630 pm)
- Licensure: Any State License
- Worksite: Hibbing CBOC, MN
