BC Geriatrician/IM Physician to Join Well-Established Clinic
Louisville, Kentucky – Population >700k
A national leader in value-based, primary care is hiring a BC Internal Medicine physician for a full-time and permanent position. These clinics were founded to bring concierge-style medicine, and better health outcomes, to the neediest populations. Care teams (dedicated nurses and cases management social workers) are there to support the physicians and there is also an on-site lab and prescription dispensary. Patient concierge services including transportation to and from appointments, prescription delivery, holistic health services including acupuncture, yoga and tai chi and nutrition seminars.
  • Partnership opportunity after one year of practice
  • Small patient panel size: 400 patients - physicians see patients an average of once per month
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, no nights or weekends.
  • Practice call: phone only (2-3 wk blocks/year)
