We are currently seeking a full-time physician for 3 months (with opportunity to extend) locums coverage NEAR Nacogdoches, Texas. The client will consider a family medicine, internal medicine, or general practice physician. It is NOT required to be board-eligible or board-certified.

*The client will not take new graduates, they want providers with experience. They would prefer providers with state supported living center experience
** State supported living center provides quality care ti patients with developmental disabilities. The client wants a provider that is patient-driven.

Job details:
  • State supported living center
  • This is a "bread and butter" primary care facility
  • Client will take family medicine, internal medicine, or general practice physician
  • Full-time position; Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
  • 3 month assignment with opportunity to extend
  • Provider will be seeing ALL adults with some geriatrics (95% of the patient population is adults)
  • Minor suturing experience preferred
  • Support staff: an RN will be the only person in the clinic with the provider
  • 12-15 patients per day
  • The client will either pay an all-inclusive rate OR lower rate that includes travel & lodging expenses
