Enjoy a good work life balance with quality patient time. Stable growing company offering In-Home Healthcare. Anticipated 6-8 visits per day, Four day work week available, Call every five weeks. Salary $200-215K base, Bonus equal to 20% of base, CME time off with $3,000 annual reimbursement, Paid Time Off four weeks for year one and five weeks thereafter, Paid malpractice insurance with tail cover, Medical, Disability Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental Life, LTD and STD, monthly car allowance.

Single Specialty Group Employee .  M-F, no weekends.  Minimal Call Ratio.  $200-210K Annual Salary.  WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and money available.
