Call for details! Senior care practice opportunities located in IL, KS, MO. Live and practice in the metro areas or suburbs. Enjoy a excellent work, life balance. Evaluate and monitor a panel of geriatric patients in either Senior Care, Skilled Nursing homes or Assistant Living facilities. Phone call coverage your patients only 1 day per week, 1 night per week. You will own a facility panel of patients to cover with 200 patient encounters per month. Practice at your own pace.
Single Specialty Group Employee, Inpatient only. Flexible schedule. Telephone Consultation with Minimal Call Ratio. $250-260K Annual Salary. Production Incentives available. Relocation Bonus possible. CME up to 1 week and $2,500 available. Up to 4 weeks of PTO available. Retirement plan with employer match. No Procedures Required.
