• 18 to 20 patients per day
• 4 day work-week option, no nights or weekends
• Dedicated administrative time with extensive mid-level support
• PTO and 7 paid holidays plus CME time off and reimbursement up to $4,000
• Salary up to $275,000 based on specialty and experience
• Direct student loan repayment by the group of $18,000 per year
• Residents at University of Colorado rotate through during rural medicine training
• Productivity bonus incentives in addition to base

• $25,000 sign-on and $10,000 in relocation assistance
• This employer is capable of sponsor J1 or H1B visa candidates
• Job Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree – Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible with valid medical license
