Job Details
- Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
- Monday-Friday schedule
- All outpatient opportunity
- 15 physicians and 8 mid levels
- Practice the standard level of care with a low patient census
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Active KY license
