Medical Doctor Associates is seeking a Primary Care Physician (IM/FP) in Northern Virginia starting ASAP. Must have an active/unrestricted VA license. Board Certification is NOT required.
We are partnered with a correctional facility in the Arlington area who needs help around 30 hours per week for at least one month. They are willing to be very flexible on the days that you work, as long as they equate to roughly 30 hours per week M-F.
Correctional Medicine is becoming a highly desired environment for physicians. Correctional medicine physician positions are primarily outpatient with the opportunity to see a wide variety of interesting cases you may not see in a normal outpatient clinical setting. However, typically physicians see acute and chronic cases, plus some intake physicals.
MDA offers quick and convenient weekly direct deposit, travel and housing (if needed), as well as providing A++ Professional Malpractice Insurance.
