Compensation Package: Medical Director
- Guaranteed base salary plus production
- 15% of base for production and quality bonus (need additional details)
- Sign on bonus of $15,000
- Relocation allowance up to $10,000
- Educational loan repayment available
- Four weeks of PTO
- CME allowance of $3,000 with allotted one week of CME time
- Occurrence malpractice coverage
