Internal Medicine Physician in Iowa
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Days Pay Rate: $300000.00 - 300000.00

Hospital-Employed Internal Medicine Position
$300,000 Base Salary
Easy Access to Des Moines


Practice:
  • Outpatient Internal Medicine with a 4 Day Workweek
  • Practice has seen consistent growth of 20-25%
  • Established patient base, draw area of 40,000+ and growing
  • Great quality of life—ER is covered 24/7 by ER physicians that have admitting privileges
  • Electronic Medical Records fully implemented with EPIC
  • No procedures

Financial Package:
  • Guaranteed salary of $300,000
  • Full benefits including health, vision, dental, malpractice, tail coverage, 401k plus match,
  • Ability to earn more than $100,000 a year after you retire with IPERS
  • 5 weeks of vacation and 5 days for CME with $4,500 stipend
  • $40,000 sign-on/starting bonus, up to $12,000 in relocation and generous student loan forgiveness
