• Actively recruiting for a physician to provide clinical services for a large nursing home center attached to a reputable academic hospital center in Brooklyn
• Work alongside other staff doctors, NPs and PAs
• Routine patient care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing services
• Long-term care focus: cardiac therapy, comfort/palliative care, Enteral Nutrition, Respiratory & Stroke therapy and management
• Significant focus on short-term rehab care, therapy available (cardiac, stroke, speech)

Job Requirements:

• Internal or Family Medicine residency training
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics and/or Hospice-Palliative Care Preferred, Not Required
• NYS License, DEA, CSR (active)
• Must have previous nursing home and/or sub-acute care experience
