Compensation
$150,000 to $225,000 Annually

OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Primary Care (Family Practice or Internal Medicine)

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 35 Hours per Week
- Flexible to 5-Day or 4-Day Schedule
- No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call

CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 7:00pm
- Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

COMPENSATION:
- $150,000 Annual Base Salary

This non-profit family health network began serving the in-need patients of New York State in 1856 and has continued to thrive as a leading provider in the community. Today, they are proud to conduct more than 61,000 visits per year throughout their various sites. They provide community-based care and work with the Department of Homeless Services, bringing care to more than 200 shelters state-wide. They offer dental and mental healthcare services, in addition to a full array of primary care options for patients of all ages. They also provide transportation options and various educational services to patients and their families. They have a staff of more than 160 individuals across the organization, including a large team of physicians, nurses, and other clinical providers.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The practice has structured their compensation model to allow physicians a great level of freedom in setting their daily workload.

The minimum expectation is 16 - 18 patients per day. After 18 patients, physicians are paid a generous per patient rate. This ensures patients receive dedicated, attentive care and physicians have freedom in directing their own practice.

All visits are prepped and supported by trained clinical assistants.

The clinic provides a full scope of family practice and primary care options.

They operate a community care walk-in clinic and also serve homeless shelters in conjunction with the Department of Homeless Services.

The new physician can work in a family practice or internal medicine capacity, providing evaluation and management primary care services to patients.

While the clinic is all ages, they have a large staff and are able to accommodate an internal medicine physician.

The practice uses the eClinicalWorks EHR.

There are no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification, Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- no experience required
- J1 / H1B visa sponsorship available
