Job Details:

• Full time Employed
• The need is due to the quickly expanding and growth of the group
• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
• Weight loss, IV nutrient therapies, Hormone pellet placement
• Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy for female and male sexual dysfunction and hair loss, Basic Integrative Medicine (food allergies, detox, wellness, etc)
• Clinic hours: M-F 9-5
• 15-20 patients per day
• No Call no weekends
• Flexible schedule

Job Requirements:

• Active FL License
• Board Certified or Eligible
