Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care at two locations
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients
- Deliver care with a focus on Internal Medicine and Family Medicine principles
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families
