Family Practitioner or Internist needed in northwest OH (about 45 minutes south of Toledo)
Will be seeing adult patients only.
Need starts ASAP. This will be an ongoing locum tenens assignment.
Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (can also switch to 4 x 10 hour days)
Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Typical outpatient cases. They consider this an "open access" center. 35-40% of payor mix is commercial; fees based on ability to pay; most insurance and Medicaid accepted.
Prefer local candidates but will to pay for travel and lodging if needed.
