  • Adult patients + Geriatrics
  • Physicians provide Primary Care services in a variety of CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Communities) such as ALF, Nursing Home settings
  • This is not a one - clinic location the physicians services a variety of client facilities and care for the patients as they are their primary care doctor just seeing them at the various site facilities
  • Seeking Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric trained physicians
  • perform physical exams, take medical histories, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, and recommend a plans of treatment.
  • Subspecialty trained physicians also welcome if willing to practice with 100% adult medical practice - primarily geriatrics patients
  • May hold Medical Directorships within Nursing Homes and need physicians with strong focus and commitments to customer services and providing best patient care possible
  • Well established practice has 2 physicians nearing retirement and experiencing rapid growth at same time and need to add physicians
  • Large patient base to inherit limited down time
  • Guaranteed salary + RVU incentives
  • 4 or 5 day work week M-TH/FR
