Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for a Community Medical Center located in Littleton, NH.

Requirements:

Specialty: Family Medicine Physician that sees all ages

Setting: FQHC

License: New Hampshire

Certification: Board Certified, BLS

Covid 19 Vaccination: At least 2, booster not required

Additional Details:

Salary: $215,000 – $225,000

Date/Time: 5pm-8am Friday-Monday.

Break from pager is 8am-4pm Saturday.

1/6 weekend call

Calls: Average 1-2 calls per night max.

Call ratio (tele only) one weeknight a week.

Call volume very low. 1 night per week and 1:5 weekends.

On call is very simple, no hospital or hospitalist. Patients go to afterhours first and for emergencies goes to providers beeper and must call patient back, triage.

If working 30 or more hours is eligible for benefits.
