Clinic Location - 10 N River Road P.O Box J, Fort Yates, ND 58538 and 103 1st Ave E, Mclaughlin, SD
Certificates - BE/BC in FM/IM Physicians. 3rd year Residents welcome to apply.
Schedule - Mon-Friday Clinic 9 hrs a day + see 0-2 inpatients
Census - Average Census 15 outpatient and 0-2 inpatient in 12 hours.
Start date: After mid Jan and February 2022
Credentialing time - approximately 4-6 weeks.
License - Any state license works.
Housing may be available. No other expenses paid.
EMR - RPMS
Pay - $9000 per week (mon-fri) for 1099 contractors.
Annual full time pay (W2) is 400k per year (48 weeks work). NON-NEGOTIABLE.
