Cross Country Locums is seeking a BC Internal or Family Medicine Physician to provide coverage in Arizona. Please see details below:
- Start Date: ASAP - ongoing
- Outpatient
- Monday through Friday from 8a-5p (1 hour lunch)
- No weekends
- Patient population 18+
- 18-24 patients seen per shift (on average)
- Board Certification, AZ license, BLS/ACLS, and DEA required.
- Must have proof of the following immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB Skin Test as well as clean background check
- 30-90 days for credentialing
- Competitive compensation paid weekly via direct deposit
