First Docs is a large, physician owned practice that started in the Philadelphia and NJ market 12 years ago and has been expanding in the Northeast. We are currently looking to add physicians to the team in Long Island!

We find that physicians with an internal medicine background (like our CEO) make a great fit in SNFist settings, in turn creating a more flexible schedule and more lucrative compensation structure than most internal medicine roles.

• No Call, No Nights, No Weekends
• “Round and go” flexible hours
• Base guarantee, plus w/RVU structure
• Physicians are in the $300K - $350K range with bonuses
• Leadership opportunities available if desired, with additional stipends
• Full benefits - 401K at 3% match day 1
• Malpractice with tail
