SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 8 Hours per Day
- 5 Days per Week
- 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend Day
- Exact Days Negotiable


COMPENSATION:
- $220,000+ Annual Base Salary, dependent upon experience

The practice has multiple offices across Brooklyn and Manhattan where they are seeking bilingual (Chinese/English) physicians. The hiring managers will work directly with the new physician to determine appropriate practice site(s).


COMPANY PROFILE:
This organization was founded in 2013 by established New York physicians who wanted to respond to the changing healthcare environment. Today, the practice encompasses more than 250 employees and 70 medical providers. They operate 20+ clinics throughout Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Manhattan, and other nearby areas. In addition to a robust primary care service line, the organization offers gastroenterology, cardiology, physiatry, hematology, oncology, pediatrics, radiology, ophthalmology, optometry, and more. They are currently seeking new providers due to growth.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will work with a majority Chinese-speaking patient population and must be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.

Physicians keep busy and work alongside a mid-level provider and clinical assistants.

Average daily volume varies depending upon types of appointments and provider preference - details regarding patient volume, procedures, etc. are negotiable and will be mutually decided between the new physician and the practice.

All work is within the area of standard primary care (internal medicine or family practice):

- routine annual check-ups
- follow-up visits
- chronic disease management
- minor sick/injury visits

There are no on-call responsibilities.

The practice uses the MDLand EHR.


REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- no experience required; current residents welcome to apply
- must speak Cantonese or Mandarin fluently
