Our client has a Primary Care Opportunity (FM, IM, or Med/Ped) with a Leadership role at a thriving practice. This physician-led program is seeking a leading, energetic physician to provide patient care at a practice that has been in existence for more than 60 years. You will work alongside a team of five evidence-based medicine healthcare providers at a busy, highly-regarded practice is just outside the Louisville city area.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Willing to serve as the supervising/collaborating physician for the APC providers in the practice, providing an opportunity for additional income
• Lead a provider discussion on current clinical topics in a group setting on a bi-weekly basis
• Seasoned physicians and new residents wanting to assume a leadership role within the practice are encouraged to apply
• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine; BC/BE; Kentucky licensure
• Familiarity with telemedicine and Epic EMR system is a plus
